The laboratory has invested in the Latest high end dental Cad/Cam, Dental milling technology & 3D Printers that puts us ahead of our competitors and also to ensure that the laboratory offers both our Dentists and their patients only the highest precision and quality of dental restorations fabricated by us.
We have invested in the latest 5 Axis Milling machines & also wet milling machines along with numerous High precision 3D printers which allows precise onsite fabrication of specifically tried and tested dental materials which when combined with our artistic ability and advanced dental knowledge of our team, provides an excellent standard of quality and workmanship in the fabrication of our all our aesthetic and functional dental restorations.

This was a nice case we did with a did with a client Dr Aston Parmar of Cwmbran Dental Spa who clearly understands the importance of good Lab/Surgery communication. In this Particular case the patient was unable to attend lab for a shade take and tooth mapping session so we had to rely on Good Quality/Clear Photographs and also shade mapping done by the clinician. From this we were able to successfully identify the stump shade to the relevant Emax material shade required which was then 3/4 pressed to allow layers of Emax-ceram porcelain and effect to be added. After Numerous communications by various means back and forth from ourselves to the clinician we were able to produce a great result with a finished crown that chameleons in with the patients existing Teeth. Once again and good example of careful planning and teamwork by both the lab and the clinician.
